Hourly Labor
PIs should complete the Coweeta Hourly Labor Authorization for persons being hired at an hourly rate to help with a research project. 

Employees Who Have Not Previously Worked at the University of Georgia
If an employee (either assistant or hourly) has not previously worked for the University of Georgia, they must complete the on-line orientation.  Once the orientation is completed, several forms will be generated, which the employee needs to print, complete and return to the business office.  These forms may require a witness signature or notarization.  Renee' Baughens (Telephone 706.542.6007 E-mail: reneeb@uga.edu) in the Institute of Ecology's main office is a notary in the Institute of Ecology's main office and can witness any signatures that do not need a notary seal.
