 IntroductionCoweeta LTER offers county boundary files for the southern Appalachians on a decadal basis ranging from 1790 to 1999. These boundary files are a subset of the HUSCO dataset, made possible by LSU Geosciences Publications. File Formats Files are provided in ArcView .shp (Shape) format, and are available in lat/lon and Universal Transverse Mercator. UTM projections are NAD83, Zone 17 North.
