Additional Notes:
I. Data Integrity.  It is imperative that Coweeta Information Management protects the integrity of the data.  Researchers may be contacted regarding formatting issues.  Under no circumstances will Coweeta Information Management run calculations, formulas, make edits, or re-format data, with the exception of simple data format conversions.  Researchers are responsible for the integrity of the data, and will be notified when the data is posted in order to verify accuracy.
2. Transfer of Data from Type II to Type I.  Data will automatically be transferred from Type II to Type I status after two years.
